External processors
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to the controller's email. Policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Cloudflare — provides CDN and site protection. Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless analytics. Serves aggregate statistics; does not identify individual visitors.
Data retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain a minimal communication record. They are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose, or upon explicit request from the data subject.
Your rights
Under Argentina's Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, you can request access, rectification, update, or deletion of your data by writing to manuelencabo@yahoo.com.ar.
The supervisory authority is the Argentine Public Information Access Agency (AAIP).
